Model 104S Friction Stir Welding (FSW) Liquid Cooling Plate

Mainly equipped with 314Ah cells; approx. 104 kWh per pack. It is a bottom liquid cooling plate dedicated to container energy storage and commercial & industrial large-scale energy storage. Fabricated from 6-series aluminium alloy extruded profiles via friction stir welding (FSW). The welds feature high strength, no porosity or slag inclusions, good resistance to long-term thermal cycling, and low risk of micro-leakage, meeting the 15-year service life requirement for energy storage systems.

No flux residue inside flow channels, preventing coolant contamination, aluminium corrosion and channel blockage.

Controllable flatness of plate surface (with proper jig), good cell fitting and low contact thermal resistance.

Available with large flow channels and large plate sizes.
