On 22 May, Chunhua organized a workplace skills competition under the theme “Learn from Lei Feng at Work and Strive to Be a Good Employee”. Twenty employees participated in two disciplines: draft gear assembly and forging. One first-prize winner was selected in each discipline, and the results were reported to the Hetang District Labour Competition Leading Group.
The one-day competition was organized by the company’s Labour Competition Leading Group. Representatives of the Hetang District Federation of Trade Unions and the district Labour Competition Leading Group attended to provide guidance.
The competition responded to calls from the municipal and district trade unions for a “Labour Competition Month” in enterprises to improve employee skills. It also provided an important platform for Chunhua to develop highly skilled workers. The activity encouraged employees’ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity and helped create a positive learning atmosphere and working environment.
