InnoTrans 2026 took place in Berlin, Germany, from 22 to 25 September 2026. Chunhua Industrial presented independently developed products including new draft gear and forged coupler knuckles for rail transit, alongside new liquid cooling plates for energy storage batteries. The two product areas — railway components and new energy — highlighted the company’s manufacturing capabilities supported by automated production lines.
Two product areas, one stand
The Chunhua stand welcomed enquiries from visitors from more than a dozen countries and regions, including Germany, Türkiye, Poland, Brazil and India. The team held detailed discussions with energy storage companies and battery pack manufacturers from China, Europe and other markets, exploring solutions and manufacturing processes for different applications.
Welding and inspection in focus
Friction stir welding and brazing processes and products drew interest from European industry peers during technical exchanges.
Chunhua introduced its welding and inspection capabilities, including friction stir welding systems for horizontal and vertical welds and two-dimensional fixed-beam friction stir welding systems. Other equipment includes CMT welding workstations, laser and argon arc welding equipment, aluminum alloy CNC machining centres, laser cleaning equipment, automated leak testing equipment, coordinate measuring machines, X-ray inspection equipment and metallographic microscopes. Together, these support a manufacturing chain covering cutting, machining, cleaning, welding, coating and inspection.
The discussions also covered production line layouts, brazing furnace parameter adjustments and process optimization.
Continuing connections across global markets
The exhibition brought Chunhua’s products and manufacturing processes together in one place and created opportunities for closer exchanges with customers and industry partners around the world. Chunhua will continue to develop its railway component business and focus on the new energy sector, serving global markets through reliable products and continued process development.
